2. Link the page under project
1. Create a basic page
1. Navigate to Content -> Add Content -> Basic Page
2. Type the name of the page in Title eg. "2021-2022 Projects".
3. Under URL Alias, uncheck the box generate automatic URL alias
4. Scroll down to the Blade and pick the color #dae6e6 (fourth from the left) as background color.
5. Head to the column and change the width to 6.
6. Scroll down to the column body and click "Source"
7. Open up the project page template in a new tab.
8. Click Edit on the template page and click edit on the Blade and the first Column. You will see the content editable as below.
In this page, one column is used for one group. In total, there are four columns (for four groups) and each column width is set to 6.
9. Click on "Source". Copy the entire code under "Source" and paste them under the "Source" of the column body of the new page. You can click Source again to view your changes.
10. Click Add New Column to add the next group.
11. Repeat Step 5 to Step 9 until you get four columns (four groups) in total.
11. Do not modify the template page and close the tab.
12. Scroll down new page and click Save after adding the four columns (Don't forget to set width of each column to 6). You can always preview to make sure everything is aligned. The end result should look the same as the template page.
A new page for a new cohort is made!
2. Link the page under project
Almost done! This step is really short.
- Navigate to Structure -> Menus -> Main Navigation -> Add link
- Under Menu Link Title, type the title of the page; Under Link, find the name/title of the new page created. Uncheck the box Enable. You can check this box when this page is ready to be shown under the navigation bar.
- Under Parent Link, select Projects.
This is what should appear:
- Click Save. You can now find the new page linked under Main Navigation!
